Big and really nice Riad, with great pool. They prepared some salty thing on our request for breakfast. And helped us with some recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakesh! The place was stunning—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. What made the experience even better was the amazing host Youssef, who went above and beyond by finding and returning our Kindle that we had accidentally left behind. We’re so grateful for the honesty and kindness. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

It was SO beautiful and spacious. My room was amazing. Lovely tasteful decor. Good breakfast, pool area was relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything. A comfortable, quiet, spacious, beautiful and very friendly place to stay. We indulged in a scrub and massage and it was wonderful.

But best of all a great host Aziz. Such a lovely person, nothing was too much trouble. Great advice and such a great way about him.

Riad Passali is a little haven of peace away from the fabulous bustle of the streets of Marrakesh. It was so lovely to step through the front door after each busy day. From the moment we arrived our host Aziz made us feel at home in this gorgeous riad. He gave us the do’s and dont’s for our few days in Marrakesh. We enjoyed great chats and laughs with him. What a wonderful stay! Riad Passali is central but tucked away in a quiet street. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and the Riad had many beautiful spaces to drink Moroccan tea and relax. The pool is shaded but open air, and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The riad is very nicely located, close to the center, but still quiet. It is beautifully decorated and has a lot of spaces to gather and relax. We also were really happy about the friendly and attentive staff and the nice food. In addition, the riad offers a romantic pool and a terrasse.

The Riad Passali is a wonderful accommodation with large open guest areas and pool, and lots of artwork in every corner. We loved our very comfortable rooms as well. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the location ideal for exploring the old medina. Highly recommended!

We were overwhelmed with the service we received from the moment we booked Riad Passali until the moment we left.
We would like to thank everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, and in particular the following people deserve a special mention:-
Imane, the manager, immediately helped us out with a problem we had on our return flight home so we didn't have to worry about it during our stay. So helpful, professional and friendly. Imane arranged a guide for us to take us around the old town, I cant remember her name unfortunately but she was very knowledgeable). Imane also arranged a trip to the 'Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley' a great day out.
Hicham, the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and took us back, also drove us on the Atlas Mountains trip, and on an evening out. A really great guy.
Ayoub, he looked after us throughout our stay, served breakfast (which is fantastic) dinner (you really must try eating dinner here, amazing home cooked food, we ate in on two nights it was so good!) nothing was ever to much trouble for Ayoub, a real joy to have around. The 'go to guy' for anything you may need or want to know.
Well, as you can see we were truly overwhelmed with stay at Riad Passali and would not hesitate to recommend it. Rooms are amazing, roof terrace so relaxing, Riad perfectly situated. Try it!!!

My daughter and stayed here for three days and nights while in Marrakesh. This riad had everything you could want: gorgeous Moroccan architecture, a large plunge pool, friendly and professional staff, a welcoming “feel” after a tough time finding it (should have set up an airport transfer, which was my own fault, not the staff’s), excellent food (breakfast came with the meal, and we arranged to have dinner here our first night: chicken tagine was amazing), and a beautiful building done in traditional Moorish style, with a traditional open central indoor courtyard with a fountain, and an enclosed garden with a pool, which is where breakfast is served. The common areas of the riad on the first floor have beautiful art on the walls and comfortable furniture, and the room (we rented a deluxe one) was very comfortable, and had air conditioning. The third floor has couches and seating in the open air, very pleasant and romantic after dark. It is very safe here, with the long-term staff being the only people in the riad, other than the guests. Imane, our hostess, was happy to arrange tours for us with local guides (you should do this for a trip through the souks, or you may never be seen again: it’s a maze!) and a taxi when we needed one. The riad is located in the Melleh, the old Jewish quarter south of Jemaa el Fna square, so it is quieter than being close to the marketplace, but more of a walk. I highly recommend this inn, and cannot wait to go back myself.

Beautiful spot with comfortable cozy rooms. Lots of comfortable sitting area throughout the Riad, including a rooftop deck. It’s tucked away in an alley just outside the Medina, would have been hard to find without an escort. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and 15-20 minutes to sites. Good internet, we used the spa for a massage that was very nice , great breakfast including pancakes and bread. We had booked and confirmed a room with 2 single beds, on arrival the manager said it was “not available”. It took some pressure from our tour company and then the room was suddenly available. So all was good. We recommend this spot!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Passali, the owners were super attentive and took great care to meet expectations. The place was ideally located, just far enough from busy souks to get some peace and quiet but only walk away to get right back in the middle of it all!

We had deluxe suite which was perfect size. Only negative was that being in confined quarters, you can hear when there are loud noises in the riad for e.g. kids waking up at the crack of dawn :) We would just advise owners to give a quiet word to guests about the noise levels at odd times.

Overall, the place has super noteworthy attention to detail, which makes this a true treasure and I highly recommend!

Lovely, peaceful Riad outside of the hustle and bustle of the Medina but a quick walk to everything. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the place is immaculate and smells amazing. The room was beautifully decorated, with excellent heat and hot water and comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Enjoy a light breakfast of perfect coffee, homemade breads, butter, jam, fresh fruit and Moroccan tea of course. I would absolutely return to Riad Passali. Enjoy your stay!

This Riad is so beautiful and quiet and clean and everyone working there and so helpfull.The food is really good and authentic- loved staying there.

Fabulous riad with exquisitely decorated rooms and courtyard along with top notch service that is within walking distance of Marrakech Medina. The service is personalized and they do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your time at the Riad. We arrived very late on our first night (about 2am) and they brought out the best omelet I’ve ever tasted. A real treat after 20+ hours of traveling. The courtyard and the pool are peaceful and a great place to recoup after a long day of sightseeing in Marrakesh. Beds are comfortable, showers have plenty of hot water, AC, flat screen TVs in the rooms and free WIFI. If you are in Marrakesh, I highly recommend staying at the Riad Passali. They do not sell alcohol here; however, I believe they will let you bring it in.

I have been to Morocco twice in six months, I have stayed at the Four Seasons in Casablanca and a Palace in my previous visit. But Riad Passali was far the best place I stayed so far. I was travelling with my elderly mother, disabled sister and infant.
Everything about this Riad was amazing, they even have an elevator which was a HUGE plus. The décor was beautiful, the rooms were large. Everything about this place was amazing. It was close to the Medina yet in a very quite area, so it was very peaceful. The home food was simple but delicious. You must try the lamb and prunes tagine. I'm not a big tagine fan, but this melted in the mouth.

The staff are very helpful and caring and the photos posted show no justice of how amazing this place is. Like I said I have stayed at some very expensive hotels and this was just as beautiful or more.

I would definitely go back there without thinking twice.

It is a fantastic place in the midst of the hectic medina. The staff and owner was just so friendly. It's calm and quiet. The food was great. The rooftop terrace has amazing views. Only a short walk to the souks. I will definitely stay there again if I ever get to visit Marrakech again. A wonderful stay:)

We stayed at Riad Passali while visiting Marrakech. It was by far the best lodging we had during our 10 day trip through Morocco. The property is exquisite and beautifully decorated. It is very peaceful, even though it is located inside the medina. The staff cooked us our favorite meal of the trip, true Moroccan home cooking, and personalized the entire stay, even walking us to the main square, Jemma el-Fnaa, our first evening and providing a detailed map, so we could find our way back later. We enjoyed sunset and breakfast on their rooftop terrace. Riad Passali is very highly recommended!

When our tour operator (Jalil of Morocco Unplugged) brought us to this riad, we couldn't beleive it. It is absolutely beautiful. The riad is traditional but the decoration very contemporary and beautiful. We didn't want to leave. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, the food excellent, the visit perfect. It was honestly our highlight of Marrakech, offering a calm, luxurious, perfect home while in a vibrant and busy city. Not only would we recommend Riad Passali, but tell anyone going to Marrakech to seek it out.

We had a fantastic stay at the Riad Passali. Imane and Mounir were very nice and helpful. They arranged everything for us and made sure we had a fantastic time for our first time in Marrakech! The riad is very well located in la Medina, close to may must see places and nice restaurants. It is the perfect oasis of calm to stay in the Medina! It a is very elegant, well decorated riad and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!
